This update raises a somewhat difficult question: what, exactly does Dr. Lugae’s face look like? Reader Alex Scott has cooked up four possible interpretations:

None of those faces have spectacles.
He looks like a mutant rat man with over sized glasses.
His face/snout is grey and you can see the pink highlights of his nostrils.
Actually, I always saw something else.
The “eyes” are goggles that are on his forehead, like a steampunk character, and he has one red cyclops eye and a long alien/horse face.
