Three ridiculously unrelated things.

  1. We suffered a death in the family this week, which shook the world up a little for a span of a couple days. This isn’t the reason I’m so terribly behind on NaNoWriMo and my other writing duties, but I suppose it’s nice to have a quasi-excuse. The funeral was today and most of us seemed to have come through it unscathed. Life marches on. (Or slithers, in my case. My life slithers.)
  2. I recently Netflix’d season seven of Penn & Teller’s Bullshit!. The show is every bit as good as it was back in its first season — as long as it’s sticking to claims about pseudoscience or the supernatural. The episodes about politics or social agendas are still really sketchy. They are apparently committed to nudity in every single episode, though, which is a definite plus.
  3. It looks as though I’ll be getting roped into Let’s Playing another batch of custom-made Super Mario levels sometime in the near-ish future. I’m not any happier about this than you are.

Three Unrelated Responses (Related to this Post)

    1) I am sorry about the death, but cant feel true emotion towards it, for I am not directly related to this person. Also I am an android.
    2) I just picked up the netflix free trial, and am surprised at how awesome it is, FOR THOSE IN THE STATES!!!! (Canada aint got S***)
    3. Mario has an evil twin named Wario, who has a brother named Waluigi, who’s dad is Eario. Bet you didn’t know that! (Source: BitF)

My condolences on your loss and your having to play more custom Mario shit (in that order, obviously).

Family deaths are rough. I went through the same sort of world-shaking when my grandma died a few years ago. Pretty intense, but so it goes.

Are you going to LP RMN Bros 2, or a different one? This will decide whether or not I make a level myself.
