There were a few video games before this one, but they weren’t worth playing:
Not sure why I suddenly got the hankerin’ to play Adventure, but I’m pleased I did.

Man, so much for the “no swearing” policy.
“Someone get this freaking duck away from me!”
Wow, that bat is a dick.
This is your best LP, I’m not even kidding.
There are not very many games where you can hear someone say “The sword got attracted by the magnet and the dragon impaled itself” and “The bat just made off with the bridge”, and have them make sense.
This game makes sense?
Your right, platypus toenails make a fine gravy for my head!
Atari’s got Adventure as one of their free playable games on their official website, so I tried it out. It’s obviously extremely dated and having to work on extreme 2600 tech limitations, but in what other game can you say that you used the magnet to pull over the bracckets bridge? Or grabbed the bat holding the arrow sword, used it to kill a duck dragon, then had said bat steal the dragon’s corpse?
Adventure is a very weird game.
This was a very enjoyable let’s play. I only played Adventure briefly as a child and I never got very far with it. Ducks chasing a delicious cube thru a maze, it was revolutionary for it’s time. It’s nice to be able to appreciate it now.
That was hilarious in version 3 when the bat took the holy grail from you.
Also the dragon self impaling himself was just awesome.
